EDUCATION SYSTEM

REAL-LIFE PROJECTS

Top projects with deadlines ranging from 1 day to 3 months completed per season. Students are asked to solve real-life problems in software development within set parameters and constraints. For example, students may be asked to create task management software with features such as tagging, authorisation, and a core client interface.

TASKS

Students participate in weekly coding tasks 1-5 times. This is an integral part of the learning process. Our programme provides each student with access, and the codes they write are automatically sorted. There are currently more than 800 exercises with thousands of tests.

ROLE PLAY

ASTRUM Academy employs the technique of role play within specific business cases to develop skills such as business negotiation, debate, and conflict management. Stimulating interviews is a great way for students to take on the role of both respondent and interviewee. Such two-way simulation is used to train top interlocutors with a professional viewpoint.

GAMIFICATION

The learning structure is gamified, which means each student is credited with Q-Points that they can earn and spend throughout their study. You earn points after fully reviewing your partner's codes, and you spend points when you submit your projects for review and evaluation.
